Job Opportunity:

We are seeking an experienced Client Relationship Professional to join our high-performing and collaborative team.

About the Role:

As a Client Relationship Professional, you will be responsible for end-to-end client relationship management across our diverse client base. You will build deep, strategic relationships, ensure premium service delivery, and identify opportunities to add value through cross-selling and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing client relationships, expectations, and escalations
  • Leading discussions on fees and service level agreements, as well as account planning
  • Ensuring delivery of services in line with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Driving strategic client initiatives and identifying opportunities for growth
  • Partnering with internal teams to deliver seamless client outcomes

About You:

We are looking for a confident and strategic Client Relationship Manager with a strong client service ethos and a commercial mindset. To be successful, you will have:

  • Proven experience in Relationship Management within financial services
  • Strong relationship management skills, particularly in funds administration, registry, or custody
  • Experience managing a wide range of stakeholders, including CEOs, CFOs, and senior executives
  • Excellent negotiation and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to anticipate client needs and identify opportunities for growth
