Team Leader Scheduling Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Team Leader to oversee the scheduling operations of our team. As a key member of our organization, you will collaborate closely with management and stakeholders to ensure that our scheduling processes are efficient, flexible, and focused on delivering exceptional client outcomes.

About This Role
  • You will lead and manage a team of scheduling coordinators to meet performance targets and optimize service delivery.
  • Maintain a high level of quality in all aspects of scheduling, including timely communication of schedule changes and proactive resolution of scheduling gaps.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead and manage a team of scheduling coordinators to meet performance targets and optimize service delivery.
  2. Monitor KPIs, address performance gaps, and provide coaching to build a high-performing team.
  3. Collaborate with stakeholders to align resourcing with client needs and funding requirements.
  4. Recruit, onboard, and manage staffing levels to maintain operational efficiency.
  5. Promote professional development and succession planning within the team.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Leadership/Management or previous experience in a similar role.
  • Ability to make decisions in time-sensitive situations that are crucial to service delivery.
  • Demonstrated understanding of customer expectations and needs from a scheduling/rostering perspective.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
