Maintenance Scheduler Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced Maintenance Scheduler who can work closely with clients to deliver maintenance and capital works programs in accordance with contractual requirements throughout Southeast Queensland.

About the Role

  • Develop, implement, and manage schedules to cover operational demands
  • Monitor and adjust schedules to respond to changes in workload
  • Implement and maintain necessary planning and procedures to ensure all planned work meets or exceeds timeframes, deadlines, and budgeted margins
  • Utilize scheduling software to optimize roster management and streamline processes

About You

  • Ability to manage and adjust live maintenance schedules to meet contractual requirements
  • Ability to liaise and integrate with internal teams to optimize schedule
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities

This role involves working closely with clients to deliver maintenance and capital works programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing schedules to cover operational demands, monitoring and adjusting schedules to respond to changes in workload, and implementing and maintaining necessary planning and procedures to ensure all planned work meets or exceeds timeframes, deadlines, and budgeted margins.

The Maintenance Scheduler will also utilize scheduling software to optimize roster management and streamline processes.
