Workforce Transition Specialist

This part-time role is designed to support participants in the Workforce Australia program to transition into the workforce. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high-volume caseload of job seekers and engaging with 'work ready' individuals to secure sustainable employment outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a high-volume caseload of job seekers and engage with individuals to achieve successful workforce entry.
- Identify and address barriers preventing jobseekers from being job ready, providing tools and confidence for successful entry.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills and resilience to maximise employment outcomes.
Essential Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for this role.
- A confident self-starter with experience in achieving business objectives and targets.
- Adaptability, computer skills, and MS Office knowledge are crucial.
