We are seeking a skilled Rehabilitation Specialist to join our team.
As a key member of our organization, you will be working with individuals who are navigating complex rehabilitation plans. You will be responsible for delivering comprehensive assessments and providing expert counseling to help guide people toward their new career goals.
The Role- Deliver thorough assessments to identify Return to Work (RTW) barriers and design, implement, and monitor programs that assist injured employees to return to the workforce.
- Collaborate with health professionals, specialists, employers, insurers, and other key stakeholders to drive positive outcomes for clients.
- Develop customized return plans through liaison with doctors regarding appropriate timeframes.
- Registration with relevant professional bodies is required.
- Tertiary degree in Rehabilitation Counselling, Social Work, or Psychology (5th year completed - Masters Degree for Psychology applicants).
- Up to 8 days of additional leave per year.
