As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for delivering account management services to allocated global accounts from our multinational portfolio, managing the end-to-end process according to our guidelines.
- Guiding Assistant Client Service Executives in account handling activities and supporting them in their roles.
- Contributing to business development and client relationship activities.
- Account handling and supporting Global Client Executive's and Underwriters on relevant account activities.
- Ensuring renewal terms are obtained from Controlling Underwriters and information passed to and agreed with the local Client/Broker as necessary.
- Built relationships with Underwriters, Clients, Brokers, offices and other external parties.
- Working within the framework of our ethical and service standards.
