As a professional in this role, you will be responsible for providing account management services to allocated global accounts within the multinational portfolio. You will work closely with assistant client service executives to ensure that all administrative activities related to global programs are completed on time and to a high standard of quality.

Key responsibilities include working with assistant client service executives to guide and support them in account handling activities, supporting business development and client relationship activities, and ensuring renewal terms are obtained from controlling underwriters and information passed to and agreed with local clients and brokers as necessary.

You will also communicate with underwriters, clients, brokers, Chubb offices, and other external parties to build strong relationships and achieve service standards. To succeed in this role, you should have 3-5 years prior insurance and reinsurance industry knowledge across all commercial lines, proficiency in MS Office tools, and demonstrated effective written and verbal communication skills.
