We are seeking a professional to lead our projects and manage relationships with clients, authorities and other stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating project deliverables, developing client relationships and providing leadership and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing relationships with potential clients and improving existing ones
  • Assisting senior engineers with workload planning to meet project deadlines
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project planning and management, ideally in land development
  • Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
  • Experience in budgeting, commercial acumen and risk management
  • High level industry awareness and engagement
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
