Project Lead Opportunity

We seek an experienced project lead to drive our multi-year digital simplification program forward. This key role is part of our Consumer Technology team, overseeing multiple squads and ensuring successful project outcomes.

About the Role

In this position, you'll be accountable for:

  1. Supporting your project team through delivery, including escalation management and facilitating agile ceremonies.
  2. Managing governance and project health, including proactive RAID management and early reporting of critical items to senior leadership.
  3. Ensuring effective resource management of teams, including demand & capacity planning with key stakeholders.
  4. Acting as the primary point of contact for squads and projects, engaging with business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams.
  5. Collaborating with Product Owners, Program Delivery, Engineering, and Test leadership to implement changes efficiently.
  6. Supporting technology provider teams to enable efficient plan execution.
  7. Identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks related to service performance, security, and compliance.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience leading and delivering complex projects within the Banking and Finance technology sector.
  • A strong background in Agile methodologies, systems integration, and technical solutioning.
  • Knowledge of digital engineering, including technologies like ReactJS, NodeJS, JavaScript, full SDLC, and CI/CD practices.
  • Strong senior stakeholder engagement skills across business and IT, with experience managing business-IT initiatives highly desirable.
