At a leading construction firm, we are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee the delivery of a large-scale apartment and commercial project. Based in the heart of the Gold Coast, you will lead a high-rise new build project from inception, creating your own team.

  • Manage the project lifecycle, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met.
  • Maintain a culture of safety, quality, and continuous improvement on site.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions to address project performance issues.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise new build projects over $100M.
  • Strong understanding of construction processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
