Job Title: Project Director for Infrastructure Development

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced project director to lead the delivery of complex infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive project strategies and ensure timely completion within budget
  • Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and team members
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with construction programs
  • Manage project expenditure and cash flow effectively
  • Collaborate with engineers to design and deliver high-quality projects

  • Produce regular progress reports and maintain open communication channels
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in infrastructure project management
  • Proven leadership ability and strategic thinking
  • Detailed knowledge of local regulations and compliance requirements
  • Excellent financial reporting skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
