Position Overview

Charter Keck Cramer's Residential Development Valuation group has a unique opportunity for two Directors to join their team in the Gold Coast. These positions will undertake development valuations including townhouse, apartment and mixed use, in addition to specialised projects.

Core Responsibilities

  • Manage existing client relationships to support workflow
  • Compile high quality Valuation reports
  • Pursuit of client relationships to generate new business
  • Manage and mentor the Residential Development Valuation team
  • Identify risk and maintain compliance with industry standards
  • Promote and market the Charter Keck Cramer brand and Valuation business

Position Requirements

  • Certified Practising Valuer (CPV) Qualification
  • API Membership and certificate of compliance
  • VRBQ Registration
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Concern for high quality standards and a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent work organisation and ability to meet deadlines
