We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused professional to join our Care Management team. Our role involves taking client enquiries, developing relationships with clients and their families, and providing exceptional support and care.

As an Office Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for incoming client enquiries, preparing initial client take-on documentation, booking consultation appointments, and maintaining our CRM system. You will also ensure all documentation is accurate, maintain compliance requirements, and contribute to developing new business opportunities.

  • Attention to detail
  • Advanced computer skills (Microsoft 365 & ability to adapt to new systems)
  • National Police Clearance Certificate
  • Demonstrated ability to actively contribute to organisational goals

You will have the opportunity to liaise with internal team members, clients, families, and third-party health professionals, as well as keep up-to-date with changes across the Home Care Package and NDIS industries.

Preferred Skills
  • Recent experience in a similar position
  • Experience in the Aged Care and/or Disability space
  • First Aid, CPR, and Police Check are essential
  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • High level of computer literacy, good communication skills, and personable telephone manner
  • Ability to problem-solve and think quickly under pressure
  • Possess a 'can-do' attitude and work well in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask with a strong attention to detail while keeping calm and focused
  • Excellent time management skills
