The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Familiarising themselves with our pastoral care policies and procedures
  • Maintaining appropriate boundaries and confidentiality
  • Recording visits and submitting regular reports to their manager

About this role:

Previous experience as a Pastoral Carer in an Aged Care setting is highly valued. A background in counselling, social work, or church ministry would also be beneficial.

Key skills include empathy, sensitivity, patience, and excellent interpersonal skills.
