About the role:

Our Carer team assists residents with their daily activities such as showering and getting dressed, ensuring they feel safe and at home in our facilities.

As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to our residents while maintaining a supportive and respectful environment.

We're looking for someone who is comfortable working independently and enjoys interacting with elderly people. Our ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills (spoken and written) and be able to effectively prioritise and multitask.

To excel in this role, you'll need:

  • A Certificate III in Aged Care/ Individual Care
  • Initiative and the ability to effectively manage competing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail for accurate record keeping
