Experienced professionals are sought to lead the investigation of a profitable portfolio of commercial property claims in an exciting and growing field.

This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with a strong reputation in their field, excellent communication skills, and attention to detail who enjoy working out of the office.

Key responsibilities include providing field-based assessment and investigation of commercial insurance losses, liaising with policyholders regarding their claims, examining claims forms, policies, and endorsements, client instructions, and other records to determine coverage.

Additionally, claimants and witnesses will be interviewed, official reports obtained, physical damage inspected, and claim information compared with evidence. Loss reserves and claims costs will also be controlled.

The ideal candidate will possess strong technical skills to assess cause and repair of damage, be able to produce reports for insurers to evaluate losses, have experience in building strong relationships with stakeholders, and have a solid understanding of commercial insurance, property management, or construction estimating.
