About the Role

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills are essential, as you will interact with internal and external customers, providing them with updates and resolving their queries in a timely manner.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in investigations, preferably in the general insurance environment.
  • Proven ability to conduct thorough investigations, interviewing witnesses and gathering evidence.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure.
