Job Description\

Our establishment seeks a skilled bartender and bar supervisor to join our team.

\

The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing, and able to remain calm under pressure while providing exceptional guest experiences through constant interaction. A good understanding of craft beer and solid cocktail skills would be beneficial but not essential.

\

\Required Skills and Qualifications\
  • Previous experience in supervising a bar team or 4 years of bar experience with strong product knowledge and cellar expertise is preferred.
  • Strong beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge.
  • Passion for delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Attention to detail to identify service issues and confidence to resolve them.
  • RSA & RCG training is required.
