We are seeking an experienced Beverage Service Manager to oversee the bar service at our prestigious establishment. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional levels of Guest service and be committed to maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

Job Description

The Beverage Service Manager is responsible for supervising the bar service, ensuring that it meets the highest standards of quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. This involves:

  • Maintaining an effective bar service with a focus on high-quality beverages and efficient service delivery;
  • Ensuring that Guest service standards are set, implemented, and monitored, and continuously evaluated;
  • Setting up the outlet in accordance with predetermined standards of operation;
  • Complying with licensing regulations and hotel procedures relating to the bar and service of alcoholic beverages;
  • Demonstrating a thorough knowledge of all beverages served in the bar, including preparation methods and presentation;
  • Ensuring compliance with and proper training of Team Members regarding Company Health and Safety, and Fire Regulations and procedures;
  • Ensuring all Team Members are impeccably presented and adhere to uniform standards;
  • Dealing with sudden staff shortages through absenteeism and reporting absences according to Company Attendance Procedures;
  • Completing necessary administration tasks in accordance with Company procedures related to all staff members;
  • Maximizing revenue and increasing average spend per person through upselling, high customer service standards, effective training, and motivational techniques.
