Job Summary:

We are seeking a Bar Service Manager to oversee the bar service and lead our team to deliver exceptional Guest experiences.

The ideal candidate will have experience in supervising a team and managing a high-volume bar service, ensuring that all Guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service throughout their stay with us.

  • Maintain a well-organized and efficient bar service, ensuring that all Guests are served promptly and efficiently
  • Supervise a team of bar staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that they are delivering exceptional Guest service
  • Manage inventory levels, maintain stock control, and minimize waste to maximize revenue
  • Ensure that all Guests receive a warm welcome and excellent service, adhering to our company's high standards of Guest service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead by example, demonstrating a positive attitude and commitment to delivering exceptional Guest service
  • Communicate effectively with Guests, colleagues, and management, ensuring that all needs are met and expectations exceeded
  • Develop and implement effective training programs to improve team performance and Guest satisfaction
  • Monitor and analyze sales data, identifying trends and opportunities to increase revenue
  • Maintain accurate records, including sales figures, inventory levels, and employee performance

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in supervising a team and managing a high-volume bar service
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with Guests, colleagues, and management
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team to deliver exceptional results
  • Basic IT skills, with the ability to use software applications such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities
