Job Title: Bar Supervisor

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bar Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional beverage service, ensuring a superior experience for our guests while adhering to licensing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high-quality bar service with an emphasis on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Set and monitor guest service standards, continuously evaluating and improving them.
  • Ensure compliance with licensing regulations and hotel procedures related to the bar and service of alcoholic beverages.
  • Train staff members to possess knowledge of all beverages served, preparation methods, and presentation techniques.
  • Enforce adherence to uniform standards and Company Health and Safety, Fire Regulations, and procedures.
  • Manage sudden staff shortages through absenteeism, reporting all absences according to Company Attendance Procedures.
  • Maximise revenue and increase average spend per person through upselling, effective training, and motivational techniques.
