
High-Value Rewards Specialist

We are seeking a Senior Rewards Consultant to join our Workforce Solutions team. As a key member of the team, you will play a critical role in building and converting high-value consulting opportunities for clients and prospects.
This hybrid role requires working at least two to three days a week in the office. You will be responsible for leading solution design and client delivery to ensure optimal outcomes for both the client and our organization. This includes providing trusted advice to senior-level clients on complex, sensitive issues, developing business development and CRM activities, identifying and growing new business opportunities with existing and new clients, and developing and refining a differentiated service offering that leverages our capabilities and assets.
You will also be responsible for proactively supporting market profile and position our organization as an expert advisor in its area of practice. Additionally, you will contribute thought leadership through writing articles, speaking at conferences, and client events.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing and sustaining business relationships with clients. They will have demonstrated experience in identifying client needs, developing solutions, and selling significant-scale consulting interventions. The candidate must also have extensive experience in managing complex projects, including stakeholder management, solution design, project delivery, and commercial aspects.
Able to develop and sell into high-level client relationships, the successful candidate will adopt a C-Suite perspective to business, organizational, and people challenges. They will have a broad understanding of human capital issues and solutions, well-developed communication skills to engage with senior executives or boards, and an understanding of relevant legislative and regulatory frameworks.
