Job Opportunity: Performance & Reward Specialist
About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Performance & Reward Specialist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to make a meaningful impact and contribute to the ongoing success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the delivery of reward solutions, including salary planning, market analysis, job design, variable pay planning, benefit planning and vendor relationship management.
- Contribute to the effective governance of our Global Job Family Framework, acting as the key liaison on job evaluation.
- Conduct job sizing activities across the business in line with our Global Job Family Framework.
- Manage annual salary survey data contributions / reporting requirements of identified survey partners and effectively navigate these databases to deliver high quality, accurate, annual and ad-hoc external benchmarking to the business.
- Provide interpretation and counsel to stakeholders regarding performance, reward and benefits policies, programs and practices.
- Develop and implement new reward and benefits policies, practices and programs to meet organisational needs.
- Collaborate with the Head of Performance & Reward and the global team on operational aspects associated with the delivery of the annual cyclical performance and remuneration review.
- Design, implement and deliver performance capability / functionality and reporting aspects of Workday related to delivering various rollout phases and subsequent biannual releases.
- Extensive experience working within performance and reward.
- Project managing annual cyclical performance and remuneration reviews within large and complex organisations.
- Strong analytical skills, advanced MS Excel skills.
- Experience administering HRIS systems. Workday and Advanced Compensation module experience highly desirable.
- Proven systems, process and reporting capability in a matrix organisational setting.
- Stakeholder engagement and service provision skills.
- Data collection skills, ability to convert information and data into knowledge, and communicate that knowledge in a meaningful way.
- Ability to manage competing demands in a client-focused manner.
