High Value Credit Decision Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Senior Credit Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our credit team, you will be responsible for assessing and reviewing equipment finance facilities to determine creditworthiness.
Key Responsibilities:

- Assess and review equipment finance facilities to determine creditworthiness.
- Approve or recommend finance applications in line with delegated authority.
- Assist in managing wholesale and retail customer credit lines.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly portfolio reports.
- Negotiate complex financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy and compliance.
- Collaborate across multiple business units and build strong stakeholder relationships.
Requirements:
Tertiary Qualification: A tertiary qualification in Finance, Business, or Accounting (or equivalent experience).
Skills and Abilities:

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with proven collaboration skills.
