
High Value Client Relationship Manager

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the management of our most valuable clients.
Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for these high-net-worth individuals, providing proactive and tailored support to drive loyalty and optimize their experience.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with high-value clients, delivering exceptional service and support aligned with their unique needs.
- Act as the key liaison between clients and internal teams, ensuring seamless communication and effective issue resolution.
- Develop and execute targeted engagement strategies to foster client loyalty and retention.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A proven track record of building and maintaining trusted relationships with high-net-worth or high-volume clients.
- Strong understanding of financial products, trading platforms, and cryptocurrency.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with a calm and solution-oriented approach to high-pressure client interactions.
- At least 3 years of experience in account management, client services, or relationship management, preferably in financial services or high-value customer segments.
- In-depth knowledge of institutional client structures and expertise in Self-Managed Super Funds (SMSFs) is a plus.
