About the Role

  • Change Management: Lead and champion smooth transitions for all new systems, processes, and retail strategies, developing robust communication plans and designing effective rollout and training programs.
  • System Implementation & Optimisation: Oversee the successful implementation and continuous optimisation of critical retail systems, including Point of Sale (POS) and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
Your Skills and Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in driving operational efficiency and standardisation within a retail environment.
  • A Diploma-level qualification, or Bachelor's equivalent in a related field.
  • Strong technical and systems knowledge ideally including Shopify, Cin7, Omneo, Acuity, and Brauz IQ.
  • Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and maintain comprehensive operational workflows to enhance efficiency and consistency.
  2. Lead and champion smooth transitions for all new systems, processes, and retail strategies.
  3. Oversight of system implementation and continuous optimisation of POS and ERP systems.
  4. Create a seamless omni channel experience by optimising stock integrity processes.
  5. Maintain and effectively manage operational expenditure (Opex) budget to ensure financial efficiency.
  6. Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the retail division.
