Job Title: Retail Operations Director

As a Retail Operations Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store, ensuring that sales targets are met and customer satisfaction is consistently high.

You will lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives, develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to drive sales growth, control costs and optimize inventory levels to maximize profitability.

This role requires strong leadership and communication skills, as well as the ability to problem-solve and think creatively. You should have a strong understanding of gross profit calculations and cost control, with experience in managing teams and delegating tasks effectively.
