Director of Retail Operations

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our retail operations and drive sales growth.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in retail management, team leadership, and customer service.

About the Role

  • Lead Store Operations - Oversee daily activities to ensure a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers.
  • Deliver Outstanding Customer Service - Support and manage the in-store team to provide expert product knowledge and exceptional service to customers.
  • Drive Sales & Performance - Implement strategies to increase sales, customer engagement, and brand loyalty.
  • Manage Stock & Inventory - Maintain accurate stock levels, coordinate deliveries, and ensure well-presented in-store displays.
  • Lead & Train the Team - Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing retail team.
  • Maintain Store Presentation & Merchandising - Keep the store visually appealing and aligned with our premium brand.
  • Assist with Website Updates (preferred) - Help update stock levels and product information online.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented - Ability to efficiently manage stock, operations, and daily store functions.
  • Sales-Driven Mindset - Ability to connect with customers, upsell products, and contribute to business growth.
  • Tech-Savvy - Comfortable using POS systems, stock management tools, and Microsoft Office.
  • PASSION for Pets & Premium Products - Knowledge of dogs and raw feeding is a plus, or a willingness to learn.
