This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Regional Sales and Business Development Manager. As a key member of our leadership team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth and strengthening our brand across New South Wales.

The ideal candidate will have significant multi-site retail management experience, with a proven track record in managing and motivating teams to achieve sales targets. You'll need exceptional skills and experience in conflict resolution, customer service, and visual merchandising.

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate high levels of commercial acumen, initiative, and attention to detail. If you're a motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for luxury furniture, we'd love to hear from you

About the Role:

  • Job Summary: Drive sales growth and strengthen our brand across New South Wales
  • Main Responsibilities: Monitor KPIs, manage performance of managers and team members, lead and motivate showroom teams, train and develop teams, manage rosters, identify opportunities to drive customer traffic, and maintain visual merchandising standards
  • Key Performance Indicators: Achieve sales targets, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance visual presentation standards

About You:

  • Experience: Significant multi-site retail management experience, preferably in premium showroom environments
  • Skills: Conflict resolution, customer service, visual merchandising, leadership, coaching, and sales performance management
  • Education: Relevant tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience

Estimated Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 per annum + superannuation and other benefits
