We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales and Marketing Director to lead our growth strategy in the Australia and New Zealand region. This role will be responsible for driving business expansion, building a strong sales workforce, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve profitable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to achieve business growth and expand market share.
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve targets and build strong relationships with customers.
  • Identify new areas of business growth, develop new product go-to-market strategies, and work closely with the marketing team to capture leads effectively.
  • Work closely with the operation delivery team to ensure high customer satisfaction and coordinate with country and regional sales teams to align strategy and tactics.
  • Take care of national key accounts and handle large prospects with hands-on approach.

Candidate Specifications:

  • Minimum 10 years of sales management experience with a bachelor's degree.
  • Proven sales leadership experience, with a track record of exceeding targets and a positive attitude.
  • Able to communicate, present, and influence at all levels within an organization, including C-level.
  • Good command of customer relationship exploration, maintenance, and development.
  • Self-discipline, with good planning and organizing capabilities, and self-motivated with working under pressure.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
