
Revenue Growth Sales Manager

The Client Partnerships Manager will be part of a high-performing sales team, tasked with owning and driving revenue growth across multi-media channels by engaging with both new and existing clients. The role involves delivering against individual category sales targets by meeting and exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
The successful candidate will use customer data to build proposals that drive a positive outcome for clients and customers. They will work collaboratively with other teams to align category and marketing strategy, key activation timings, promotional plans, and customer insight.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a pipeline of opportunity, enabling accurate sales forecasting and pipeline management. Additionally, they will protect and grow existing revenue within their category and identify opportunities for new business leads, driving revenue growth.
The Client Partnerships Manager will take an active lead in client engagements including presentations, workshops, industry events, with support from their manager as required. They will engage with contacts across all levels of seniority in their client base, building great business relationships with an understanding of their clients' key strategies.
The ideal candidate is a highly motivated sales leader, with a passion for creating shopper marketing and brand campaigns. Key skills and experience include:
- Success in growing multi-channel media sales across a range of different clients
- Experience selling digital media solutions based on target audience characteristics
- Ability to foster strong partnerships with new and existing clients alike
