Job Title: Loading Dock and Support Coordinator

Loading dock and support coordinators play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of loading bays and supporting teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound deliveries at the loading bay, handle equipment and stock, oversee vehicular movements, and monitor health and safety practices for vehicular access and egress.
  • Collaborate with contractors relevant to Loading Dock services and other services as required.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service in relationships with clients and associated stakeholders.
