Our ideal candidate is a skilled logistics professional with exceptional administration and organisational skills. They possess expertise in managing operational activities, ensuring health and safety compliance, and coordinating deliveries. Responsibilities include daily management of loading bays, overseeing stock storage and product prototype room operations, booking and managing courier pick-ups, assisting delivery drivers, collaborating with facilities and procurement teams to manage resources and address maintenance requirements, planning and risk assessing meetings and events held within the Centre, ensuring training schedules and facilities are planned for product training requirements, maintaining accurate records and documentation related to facility operations and inventory, coordinating site access, visitor inductions, and security systems, including CCTV.We seek an organised individual who can plan and schedule logistics and events efficiently, possessing strong written and verbal communication skills. Ideal candidates should have knowledge of safety and security protocols, a valid forklift license, or be willing to obtain one, and demonstrate attention to detail, ability to keep accurate records of training activities and calendars, and flexibility to adjust schedules to accommodate changing priorities.The successful candidate will facilitate operational and administrative support for our Innovation and Learning Centre, promoting efficiency and effectiveness in the management of facilities, logistics, and training programs.
