A Strategic Employee Benefits Administrator
Description:
We seek an ambitious and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Benefit Operations Analyst.
This role requires extensive health plan knowledge and exceptional computer skills. The ideal candidate will be able to administer multiple priorities at once in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Process all aspects of renewals quarterly
- Install new plans and maintain accurate documentation
- Communicate effectively with carriers and clients
- Audit plans for accuracy and compliance
- Assist with claims and benefit system setup
- Partner with accounting to reconcile bills
- Prepare the system for every client renewal change and update benefit rules
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- 3-5 years of experience in Employee Benefits
- Exceptional computer skills and ability to learn new systems
- Broker license
Requirements:
- Thorough understanding of employee benefits administration
- Working knowledge of ERISA and IRS laws
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
