Contracts Administrator (Head Office) at Kerman Contracting Pty Ltd

Kerman Contracting is seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for ongoing contract administration, focusing on head contract management. This role is based at our head office in Applecross and is a permanent full-time position.

Key Responsibilities
  • Selection of appropriate downstream forms of agreement, negotiation and drafting of final terms for downstream contracts, with consideration of risk allocation and upstream obligations.
  • Preparation of contractual correspondence and provision of contractual advice.
  • Preparation and agreement of payment claims, notification and pricing of variation/EOT claims and management of registers.
  • Maintenance of registers for variations, claims, insurances, securities, etc.
  • Assessment, certification and processing of payment claims.
  • Forecasting of cost and revenue on a monthly basis.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to CAs and other team members.
About You
  • Degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management is desirable but not required.
  • 5+ years' experience in the Construction industry.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working on multi-disciplinary construction projects.
  • Excellent computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
