Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic and results-driven leader to head our project management function across the organization. With a focus on scalability, this individual will drive project excellence through effective planning, execution, and delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement project management strategies to achieve business objectives

  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to desired quality standards

  • Mentor and coach project managers to enhance their skills and capabilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project opportunities and resources

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in project management, preferably in a leadership role

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
