About the Role:

We're looking for a Senior Consultant to join our LogScale NGSIEM Professional Services team. As a trusted advisor, you'll spearhead key efforts, answer technical questions, demonstrate Falcon LogScale and NGSIEM capabilities, and lay out a technical vision for customers. You'll work alongside engineers and cross-functional teams to operationalize LogScale NGSIEM within customer environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide best-in-class delivery and integration services to various organizations
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve mature outcomes using next-generation SIEM, log management, XDR, and SOAR features
  • Transfer knowledge of Falcon LogScale NGSIEM to our customers

Requirements:

We seek a colleague with excellent customer care skills, strong technical and analytical abilities, and experience working with log management/SIEM solutions and SOAR platforms. A remote-friendly position with occasional travel (less than 25%) is available.
