We are seeking an experienced Technical Leader to take on a pivotal role in the full lifecycle of ERP, CRM, and HR system delivery. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that solutions are designed, built, tested, deployed, and accepted by business process owners.
This role requires a deep understanding of ERP systems like SAP S4HANA, MS Dynamics, as well as CRM applications such as MS Dynamics and HR systems such as Workday or SuccessFactors. You will lead the full lifecycle of ERP, CRM, and HR system delivery, including architecture, requirements definition, design, build and configuration, testing, deployment, and support.
Key responsibilities include ensuring enhancements and user stories are identified, documented, analyzed, reviewed, and prioritized with business process owners, coordinating with stakeholders such as business analysts, technical delivery teams, vendors, testers, and technical writers.
Requirements- Proven experience in managing, mentoring, and developing technical teams, with extensive delivery management experience in ERP, CRM, or HR system implementations.
- Strong financial acumen, with knowledge of financial concepts and accounting principles.
- Broad knowledge of ERP systems, and experience in SAP S4Hana would be a bonus, along with MS Dynamics from a CRM perspective.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work closely with executive teams.
- Bachelor's degree in business, IT, engineering, project management, or an equivalent qualification.
- Project management and Agile framework certificates are preferred but not mandatory.
