Job Title:

Product Lifecycle Advisor, Home Lending Product

">About the Role

You will be responsible for managing the home lending product lifecycle, driving customer-centric culture while adhering to regulatory obligations and delivering optimal outcomes.

This includes designing and maintaining a robust framework for product lifecycle assurance, analyzing critical data sources, identifying risks and controls, and conducting regular product reviews to ensure desired outcomes are achieved.

Additionally, you will manage compliance with audit requirements, group policies, standards, and procedures, as well as internal stakeholders to deliver business and risk-related outcomes.

">Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and maintain a Home Lending product lifecycle assurance framework.
  • Analysis of critical data sources to understand trends and root causes.
  • Identification of product lifecycle risks and controls.
  • Conduct regular product reviews to ensure Home Lending products achieve expected outcomes for customers and meet community expectations.
  • Manage the portfolio's compliance with External and Internal Audit requirements, Group policies, standards and procedures.
  • Manage internal stakeholders to deliver business and risk-related outcomes for the portfolio.
">Requirements:
  • Strong product management, risk management or business strategy role demonstrating business acumen and analytical ability.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing teams to deliver on a portfolio of initiatives and with a track record of delivering within deadlines.
  • Demonstrated experience in leading teams through complex risk, regulatory, product and/or business change.
  • Ability to convey and explain information, coherently and confidently in both oral and written format.
  • Ability to recognise, understand and support need for change and anticipate the impact on both the team and self.
  • Recognise and implement business strategies to drive profitable growth, customer acquisition, customer experience and sales productivity.
