Seeking a high-calibre professional to lead and drive our advice business forward. As a Principal Financial Adviser, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organisation by providing exceptional advice services and deepening client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Proactively nurture and grow our advice business through tailored advice solutions that meet clients' needs.
  • Continuously listen, care for, coach and advise clients to realise their protection goals.
  • Collaborate across our business to utilise digital technology and data to enhance our efficient and compliant advice model.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Strong experience in advice with a comprehensive understanding of insurance advice, products and markets.
  • Ability to manage workflow and activity across a team of advisers to ensure advice is delivered efficiently and activity levels meet business requirements.
  • Exceptional customer/stakeholder engagement and influencing skills.
  • Adaptability to new processes, ways of working and client engagement models.
  • Demonstratable high standards of compliance.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
