What You'll Be Doing

You'll be at the core of the advice team—learning the ropes, contributing to real outcomes, and sharpening your skills every day.

  • Assist with research and analysis across all areas of tax structures, asset ownership with exposure to portfolio construction and management
  • Model scenarios and stress test strategies, prepare SoAs, ROAs, and client materials
  • Sit in on strategy sessions and learn how the advice really comes together
  • Support compliance checks and documentation accuracy
  • Engage with a close-knit, high-performing team who will support you all the way

What they're Looking For

You'll have finished your degree, already working in advice support and plan construction with a common thread of being driven to learn and your genuine interest in personal financial advice.

You'll bring:

  • A degree in Financial Planning, Economics, Commerce, or similar
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and the ability to pick things up quickly
  • Current exposure to financial advice and plan construction
  • Confidence with technology (XPLAN experience a bonus, but not essential)
  • A team-first mindset and strong communication skills
