The Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced Virtual Adviser to deliver exceptional financial advice through our Online Advice Meeting platform. This role is ideal for a senior adviser with strong client relationship skills who thrives in a digital-first environment while maintaining a personalised, professional client experience. You will be responsible for engaging with clients virtually, understanding their financial goals, and providing tailored strategies that support their long-term success.

Your Role

• Conduct online client meetings to provide high-quality financial advice across areas such as investments, superannuation, retirement planning, and wealth management.
• Build and maintain strong, trusted client relationships through clear communication and ongoing support.
• Collaborate with paraplanners, client service officers, and other team members to deliver seamless advice outcomes.
• Stay updated on financial regulations, market developments, and compliance requirements to ensure best-practice advice delivery.
• Use digital tools and platforms to enhance the client's virtual meeting experience and ensure advice is delivered effectively and efficiently.
• Manage an established portfolio of clients while identifying opportunities to grow and expand client relationships.

Who are we looking for

Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Financial Adviser or similar client-facing advice role.

• Based in Gold Coast or Bowen Hills, with flexibility to operate in a virtual environment.
• Proven track record of delivering compliant, high-quality financial advice and strong client outcomes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence clients in a virtual setting.
• Strong understanding of financial planning strategies, regulatory requirements, and compliance standards.
• Relevant tertiary qualifications in Financial Planning, Business, or related discipline.
• Must meet FASEA standards and hold current ASIC registration (or equivalent licensing requirements).
