Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annumJob Description:

The Commercial Lease Portfolio Manager will play a crucial role in proactively managing a lease portfolio of head leases and subleases across industrial, retail, and commercial sites in WA, SA, NT, and Victoria regions.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, including payments, critical dates, and rent reviews.
  • Optimize net income performance by implementing cost management strategies.
  • Manage lease renewals and market rent reviews.
  • Develop and manage multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships.
  • Identify and communicate competition activity to relevant steering committees.
  • Evaluate lease documents for accuracy and adherence to business precedents and commercial guardrails.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of property management experience, preferably in commercial, industrial, or retail leases.
  • Strong skills in general lease interpretation, stakeholder management, and communication.
  • Results-driven approach with a focus on commercial acumen.
  • Qualifications in Property, Estate Management, or related disciplines.
  • Knowledge of Retail Leases Act.
