About the Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lease Manager to join our team in Western Australia, South Australia, Northern Territory and Victoria. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for proactively managing a lease portfolio of head leases and subleases across our industrial, retail and commercial sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with all contractual obligations, including payments, critical dates and rent reviews;
  • Optimise net income performance by implementing cost management strategies;
  • Manage lease renewals and market rent reviews;
  • Develop and manage multiple internal and external stakeholder relationships;
  • Identify and communicate competition activity to relevant steering committees;
  • Ensure lease documents are completed in line with business precedents and commercial guardrails.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in property management, with a strong background in commercial, industrial or retail leases;
  • Effective stakeholder and relationship management skills;
  • Strong skills in general lease interpretation;
  • Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills;
  • Results-focused approach with strong commercial acumen;
  • Qualifications in Property, Estate Management or a related discipline;
  • Knowledge of the Retail Leases Act.
