About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Technical ITSM Consultant to join our team of experts in delivering technology solutions to our Federal Government clients. As a trusted advisor, you will provide technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of ITSM solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise in ITSM tools and processes, including ITIL
  • Lead the implementation and management of Enterprise ITSM tools across Windows and Linux environments
  • Develop and maintain effective customer relationships to ensure ongoing customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver technology solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in ITSM
Requirements
  • Minimum of NV1 level AGSVA clearance
  • Extensive experience managing Enterprise ITSM tools
  • Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and containerization technologies (Kubernetes certification an advantage)
  • Experience with application programming languages such as Java Script, Python, Power Shell, and SQL Java
