ITSM Consultant Role

We are seeking an experienced ITSM consultant to join our team at OpenText Corporation. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to partner with highly regarded companies, tackle complex issues, and contribute to projects that shape the future of digital transformation.

The Opportunity:

As a technical delivery lead, you will be responsible for providing technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions designed to meet customers' business needs. You will work closely with our customers to understand their businesses and act as a trusted advisor to help create and maintain effective customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support and leadership in the creation and delivery of technology solutions.
  • Work closely with customers to understand their businesses and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help create and maintain effective customer relationships.
  • Develop and implement technology solutions that enhance the availability, performance, maintainability, and agility of customers' enterprise systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects and meet customer needs.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of professional experience in ITSM consulting.
  • Strong technical knowledge of ITSM tools and technologies.
  • Ability to develop solutions that enhance the availability, performance, maintainability, and agility of customers' enterprise systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
