This leadership role involves designing and delivering impactful training programs that align with business objectives. The ideal candidate will be able to uplift workforce capability, support safe operations and foster a strong safety and performance culture through continuous learning.

  • The successful applicant will develop and execute site-wide training initiatives, own end-to-end training programs from planning to evaluation and identify competency gaps through site audits and implement targeted solutions.
  • They will collaborate across teams to embed training in daily operations and deliver theoretical and hands-on training.
Key Requirements
  • Proven experience in manufacturing, operations, training or quality roles with 2+ years of leadership in training strategy and delivery.
  • Strong communication, attention to detail and decision-making skills are essential for this position.
  • Bonus: Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or formal training qualifications is highly desirable.
