Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Senior Client Delivery Specialist to join our delivery team. This role requires experience in the Australian energy sector or SaaS providers, with a focus on working with technical stakeholders and building great products.

The ideal candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills, be self-aware and confident, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. They will need to be comfortable working in partnership with technology and operational teams, as well as clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a critical role in bringing all the right people together to deliver outstanding results. The successful candidate will need to be able to produce high-quality documentation, facilitate conversations, and verify Kraken functionality.

Please note that this job is based in Melbourne and requires a minimum of three days per week in the office.
