Job Overview

We are seeking a senior leader to oversee the delivery of exceptional outcomes for clients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work closely with technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality products.

You will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, facilitating conversations to understand their needs, and driving solutions that meet their expectations.

As a senior client delivery leader, you will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.

You should be a natural problem-solver, always eager to learn and ask insightful questions. Strong self-awareness, empathy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are essential for this role.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading delivery teams to deliver exceptional outcomes for clients
  • Working closely with technical stakeholders to build great products
  • Facilitating conversations with clients to understand their problems and options for solving them
  • Taking a hands-on approach to verifying, testing, and demonstrating functionality to clients
