We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional to join our Palliative Care team in a rural setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide high-quality care to palliative care clients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Dietitians, and Community Nursing teams to ensure comprehensive care.
- Support patients and families in informed decision-making.
- This is a temporary full-time position with a fixed term until June 2026.
- The successful candidate will work 38 hours per week.
- The role supports care across Moree and surrounding communities.
- Rural Health Workforce Incentive Scheme: up to $10,000 in the first 12 months and up to $10,000 each year thereafter (fortnightly payments).
