Role Overview

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated healthcare professional to join our Palliative Care team in a rural setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient-centered care and be able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care to palliative care clients in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
  • Collaborate with Occupational Therapists, Social Workers, Dietitians, and Community Nursing teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Support patients and families in informed decision-making.
About the Role:
  • This is a temporary full-time position with a fixed term until June 2026.
  • The successful candidate will work 38 hours per week.
  • The role supports care across Moree and surrounding communities.
